Acceptance

By using Padel Vision hardware or software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Padel Vision provides automated padel court scoring via on-premise hardware and optional cloud features. Core scoring runs locally and does not require an internet connection. Cloud features (analytics, remote replays, multi-club sync) require an active internet connection and a Padel Vision account.

Hardware

Hardware kits are sold as-is with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Installation is the buyer's responsibility unless on-site setup was purchased. Cameras and networking equipment are standard RTSP/PoE devices — we do not lock you into proprietary accessories.

Payment and refunds

Hardware purchases are one-time payments. Optional cloud subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for hardware are available within 30 days of delivery if the unit is unused and in original packaging.

Limitation of liability

Padel Vision provides scoring assistance and is not a certified referee system. Line calls are probabilistic (≥85% detection rate) and should not be used as the sole basis for disputed points in sanctioned tournaments. We are not liable for incorrect calls or any damages arising from reliance on automated scoring.
