What we collect

Account data (email, club name) at registration. Match telemetry (scores, timestamps) when your Jetson is cloud-synced. Optional biometric face embeddings if players opt in to enrollment.

Biometric data

Face embeddings are AES-256-GCM encrypted on-device with a per-installation key. They are never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync. You may delete all biometric data at any time from the device dashboard.

Where data is stored

Core scoring runs entirely on your Jetson Orin Nano. Cloud-synced data is stored in EU-region infrastructure. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without Standard Contractual Clauses.

Who we share with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Club admins can export or delete all club data from the settings page.
